Luigi «Bigio» Giacomo Milesi invents the Biscuit of San Pellegrino Terme (Bergamo-Italy).
Since 1934 it is produced with the same recipe, with the same artisan procedure, in the same place.
It is a golden-colored shortbread, very fragrant, bewitching and intense on the palate.
The soft and leavened line recalls the biscuits of the great pastry traditions for tea and the preparation of family biscuits for “nutritious and healthy sweets”.
A perfect daily cookie also with fruit jams and cocoa creams, excellent for gourmet transformations like puddings and fresh cakes.
