M11 i.e. Madrara 11 Restaurant is an unusual piece of modernity, hidden among the lanes around Russi, a small town in the province of Ravenna. The ispiration of Danilo Pavone and Daniele Vertemati, with much imagination and a touch of madness, prompted them to readjust an old tractor shed in a top-notch restaurant.
In a refined design environment, with attention to detail, guests let themselves be seduced by a gastronomic forge that mixes international tastes and traditions, immersed in the scents of the countryside.

Fresh high quality ingredients are purchased daily from our chef who will create dishes delicious and savory in the respect of the italian taste of regional recipies. Meat, seafood, vegetables and pizza change every week, going from north to south according to the seasons.
