In which countries do you ship and what are the shipping costs?

M11 delivers all over the world.
Shipping costs depend on the place of shipment. During the purchase, it is possible to simulate the total cost of the shipment before proceeding with the purchase.

How long does it take for delivery?

If the merchandise is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours for Italy, excluding islands and between 2 and 4 working days for international parcels.
If the merchandise is back-ordered or out of stock, M11 reserves the right to delay delivery for up to 15-20 working days from the time of order.

Can I track my package? Is my package insured?

From the time of purchase to delivery, you will always be kept abreast of the status of your order and package.
You will be informed by the courier through an e-mail and text message, from package departure to delivery.
All our packages are 100% insured.

What happens in case of return?

In case of return, we will refund the cost of your items net of return costs, with the same payment method used at the time of initial purchase.

What are the return and refund methods?

To make an order return, you must send us the merchandise in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, bearing all uncut or untorn tags and in perfect sale condition, within a maximum of 14 consecutive days.

Refer to the “RETURNS AND CHANGES” policy.

Duly complete the return voucher (enclosed in the delivery package), and enclose it in the package, which must be sent to:

Upon receipt of the return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the refund amount.
If the return instructions are not complied with, M11 reserves the right not to make a refund.
We will credit the refund amount to the PayPal account or the bank account used at the time of the original purchase.
Remember to keep the information concerning the return (order number, item reference, return date and return number, if any); we will refund the cost of the merchandise net of delivery costs.

How can I exercise the right to cancel an order?

You are always entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of merchandise receipt by sending both merchandise and cancellation form to:

For any information, read the disclosure RETURNS AND CHANGES – RIGHT OF CANCELLATION.

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen during the original purchase.
If you wish to cancel all merchandise ordered, we will also reimburse the original delivery costs; in the event of partial order cancellation (covering only a portion of the merchandise purchased), shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If the cancellation instructions are not complied with, M11 reserves the right not to make a refund.
